Gorgeous crown.
2" tall. Rhinestone design is approximately 2 3/4" across. Tiara is 13 1/2" from end to end.  All of the tiaras are somewhat flexible and can be adjusted to fit most any size head.
Tiara has a plastic comb on each end for securing in hair.  If you are needing a tiara for a rodeo queen hat, we can leave the combs off any of our tiaras.  Just let us know.

SHIPPING CHARGES:
Priority Mail shipping is .50 for the first item and $.50 for each additional item. If you are purchasing items from more than one auction, Ebay checkout will not figure it correctly so please do the buy it now for all the items you need and then wait for us to send you an invoice with the correct shipping charge before sending payment. (Do not use the shopping cart as it will require immediate payment.) If you overpay shipping, we will refund the overpayment, but it will be less the fees that Ebay charges on the overpayment because they don't refund those. If you pay in more than one payment, there is also a per transaction fee that Paypal doesn't refund so your refund will be less that fee. We realize that some Ebay sellers raise the price on their items in order to offer free shipping. We offer a reasonable price on our items and charge as close to the actual shipping cost as possible. This works out best for you as a buyer especially when you are purchasing more than one item. We never ship in envelopes so we are charged the package rate. At the present time, the minimum shipping charge for a Priority Mail package ranges from .70-.60 and goes up as the weight of the package goes up with the addition of more items. This does include tracking for your package.  Ebay requires that we be responsible for the package until it is delivered....so that means insurance. The minimum charge for insurance for packages valued at over is over .00. We also have to purchase boxes for some packages, labels, etc. We are also charged Ebay and Paypal fees on the shipping charge. So you see that we are actually losing money on shipping Priority Mail. Please take this into consideration when leaving DSRs for the transaction. By committing to the purchase you agree to these terms. We take our feed back and DSR ratings very seriously and work very hard to insure that your buying experience is pleasant and fair. PLEASE do not agree to the transaction if you cannot give fair feedback and DSR ratings.
You will be given two shipping options at checkout on all items that ship Priority Mail. Those options are:  Priority Mail and Express Mail.    Priority Mail normally delivers in 2-3 business days. Express Mail will guarantee delivery in 1-2 days.  The charge for Express Mail starts at .50 adding additional items is $.50 each.  Express Mail is the ONLY shipping option that offers a GUARANTEED day delivery. Ebay lists an estimated delivery time for every auction and shipping service...sellers have no control over what Ebay calculates as this delivery time and it is in NO way intended to guarantee delivery by that day.
Please check your e-mail and Ebay messages for a couple of days after placing your order in case we have questions about your order. That is all the contact information that we are provided so we have no other way of communicating with you.
SHIPPING POLICIES:
Our policy is to ship when payment clears.
Please keep this in mind when paying with Paypal e-check as these type payments normally take at least 4 business days to clear and your items will not be shipped until payment has cleared. The address on your Paypal payment is the address that your order will be shipped to....NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOUR ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT ON YOUR EBAY ACCOUNT THAN WHAT IS ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT, IT WILL STILL SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES GIVEN TO US. THE POSTAL SERVICE DOES NOT RESHIP FOR FREE IF THE PACKAGE IS SENT BACK TO US BECAUSE THE ADDRESS IS INCORRECT OR IF A FORWARDING ORDER HAS EXPIRED SO THERE WILL BE ANOTHER SHIPPING FEE IN ORDER FOR US TO RESHIP....AGAIN, NO EXCEPTIONS.
NOTE: When paying with Paypal you must have a confirmed shipping address.
SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS:
We are happy to do gift shipping; however, when paying with Paypal, you MUST add the address as a gift address in your Paypal account PRIOR to sending payment and then choose that address when you send the payment.

Do not send the payment and then ask us to ship it to another address.

We ship by United States Postal Service.
Please check your address to insure that it is correct or it will not go through the system.
This includes providing N, S, E, W, etc. if it is in your address.
The system is a little picky but is extremely reliable.
If you have a post office box, please supply us with that address as the system will kick out your street address and your items will not be shipped until a correct address is provided.
You will receive an e-mail from Paypal or USPS.com when your label is created.
It will have your tracking number.
Please check the tracking link in the e-mail for the status of your package.
EBAY FEES:
Ebay charges us a seller’s fee as soon as you click the buy button.
Unfortunately the only way that we can get a refund on this fee is the non-paying bidder program.
If you have mistakenly made a purchase (or a duplicate purchase), we will be happy to work with you on correcting the mistake while insuring your good standing with Ebay, but if you refuse to communicate, we will have no other option.
RETURNS:
Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs.
You must contact us prior to returning item or it will be returned unopened.
