    They are both new but one box is OPEN. The other is sealed.  Both boxes are a bit damaged from handling.  The menstrual cup is individually sealed inside the open box, the case is not sealed but is brand new.
    In an effort to conserve and minimize the use of paper and cardboard this item will be shipped in a soft mailer, not a box and no invoice will be included.  It is not fragile and while the packaging could possibly be bent the item will arrive fine.  If you would like to arrange another shipping option please contact me, I will be happy to accommodate you.
