The warranty does not apply to any abuse, misuse, negligence, alteration or modification.  We reserve the right to inspect goods based on any warranty claim.  If the intent is to return, the consumer must prepay shipping to our facility. Proof of purchases and explain must accompany the goods. If post inspection we deem the goods unfit, we will repair or replace the goods or may elect to refund the original purchase price for the goods if we cannot readily fix or replace.  If we determine no defect, the shipping & handling charges along with our restocking charges will apply.

To The extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, that cannot be disclaimed under state law are limited to 30 days from the date of purchase. Made Tough LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of any breach of this warranty nor shall the damages exceed the return amount of the purchase price paid by the original purchaser.
